Kid Chameleon (1992) is Sega Technical Institute's Genesis platformer of more than 100 levels, in which masks turn the hero into forms with different powers — with no way to save.
Each level ends at a flag, and teleporters can jump the player elsewhere or skip ahead. Masks change the hero's form, each with its own abilities and hit points, and diamonds power special moves. There is no password or save system.
Graeme Bayless directed it at Sega Technical Institute, and it came out in North America in March 1992. It later appeared on the Sega Genesis Collection and the Virtual Console, and was adapted in Sonic the Comic.
