Overview

Plok! (1993) is the Pickford brothers' Super NES platformer, in which a hooded hero throws his own arms and legs at enemies, with music by Tim and Geoff Follin.

Deep Dive

Plok fires his detachable limbs at enemies. They fly back when they hit a target and take longer to return when they miss.

Developer Story

Ste and John Pickford designed it, reviving the idea at Software Creations, with John Buckley programming. Tradewest published it in North America in September 1993 and Nintendo in Europe. Critics praised its limb mechanics, variety and music.
