Overview

Bonanza Bros. (1990) is Sega's split-screen stealth game, in which brothers Robo and Mobo sneak past guards to grab loot and escape by blimp.

Deep Dive

In buildings from a bank and a casino to a mint and an art gallery, the brothers avoid guards, collect the loot against a time limit and climb to a blimp on the roof. Two players can work together, and the screen is always split in two.

Developer Story

Sega released it on its System 24 board in June 1990, followed by a Mega Drive version in 1991 and conversions for the Master System, PC Engine CD and home computers, the last published by U.S. Gold. Critics praised its graphics, originality and humour.
