R.C. Pro-Am (1988) is Rare's isometric radio-controlled car racer for the NES, one of the first games to mix racing with car combat.
Players race against three rivals, and the top three go through. Along the track they collect power-ups, weapons and letters spelling NINTENDO. There are 32 tracks built from twelve layouts.
Rare developed it and Nintendo published it in North America in February 1988. Computer and Video Games gave it 90%. Super R.C. Pro-Am (1991) and R.C. Pro-Am II (1992) followed.
